By using TradeHub Ghana, buyers and sellers agree to use the platform responsibly and to review whether a listing is sold directly on TradeHub or through a partner offer.
Buyers should review product pages, stock levels, seller names, shipping details, and listing type before ordering. Direct marketplace orders are completed on TradeHub, while affiliate offers continue on the partner website.
All order discussions, delivery notes, bargaining, and support requests must stay inside the TradeHub platform. This protects both buyers and sellers and allows TradeHub to resolve disputes fairly.
Sellers must provide truthful product names, images, pricing, descriptions, and fulfilment details. Listings that mislead shoppers, violate local law, or misuse external links should not be published.
Buyers should confirm delivery and leave a review or message after receiving items so TradeHub can protect the marketplace from fraud. Sellers must mark orders delivered to begin payout review.
TradeHub Ghana may update prices, product data, platform features, or policies as the marketplace evolves. Continued use of the website means acceptance of the current version of these terms.
