Marketplace items purchased on-platform may be reviewed for refund or replacement when the wrong item arrives, the order is damaged, or a major issue is reported within the support window.
Affiliate products are completed on the partner website, so returns, refunds, and exchanges for those items are handled by the partner's own return policy and support process.
Buyers should keep order details, take photos where needed, and contact support as soon as an issue is discovered. Refund review timing may depend on the seller, fulfilment confirmation, and the reason for the request.
